After a discussion with the sales person, Ron Herman, she wanted to go the 40 miles to take a look at it. He treated her as a responsible buyer and thoroughly answered her questions, even going to the lot with his phone to describe the exterior of the used vehicle. Two days later Ron called and suggested Katie come in to take a look. She was overwhelmed with the buying process at that point but went because again he was so helpful. WOW Comment: I bought a used vehicle. Gary Carlson test drove vehicle before I planned visit to explain over phone how vehicle was. He also had a possible problem checked by maintenance before purchase. After purchase he also had the vehicle washed, although it wasn't that dirty it was greatly appreciated because I was thinking it would be nice if it was washed as it was a little dirty. I planned to wait for Gary since I had talked to him but the whole sales team made sure that I was being serviced during my wait time which was appreciated.
